Firm History
The law firm SANAS Rechtsanwälte was founded at the beginning of 2009 through the merger of the Munich law firm SAS Rechtsanwälte with the former partner of the firm Demirci Dr. Nal, Dr. Temel Nal, and the previously independent attorney Serdal Altuntaş.
The firm name SANAS is composed of the first letters of the surnames of the five original founding partners.
Since 2005, our firm has served as the legal counsel of trust for the Turkish Consulate General in Munich.
All colleagues at our firm are native speakers of German and Turkish and have a very good command of English.
Cooperations
For legal matters outside our core areas of expertise, we are supported by specialized firms or colleagues through our extensive network of contacts.
Furthermore, to handle complex cross-border cases, we maintain regular cooperative partnerships with law firms in the fields of commercial law, inheritance law, family law, and civil law in all major Turkish cities, particularly in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Denizli, Kayseri, Samsun, Trabzon, Adana, and Antalya.

These colleagues also represent our clients reliably and competently before the respective foreign courts.
