Attorney-at-law Serdal Altuntaş is a founding partner of SANAS Rechtsanwälte.
He was born on 11 March 1975 in Forchheim, Bavaria, and is married.
After obtaining his university entrance qualification at Ehrenbürg-Gymnasium in Forchheim, Upper Franconia, Mr Altuntaş studied law in Halle (Saale), Erlangen and Munich, completing his studies in 2004 with the First State Examination.
He completed his legal traineeship as well as the Second State Examination in the Munich Higher Regional Court district, finishing in 2007.
Attorney-at-law Serdal Altuntaş then worked as a self-employed attorney until the end of 2008.
Even during his studies and legal traineeship, Mr Altuntaş was successful through founding various companies of his own and, with the active legal and organisational support of his wife, a qualified pharmacist, in establishing three pharmacies in Munich.
This entrepreneurial experience helps Attorney-at-law Serdal Altuntaş, in particular, to understand the practical aspects of setting up a business and thus to advise clients comprehensively in commercial and corporate law.
In addition to these areas of law, Mr Altuntaş at SANAS Rechtsanwälte focuses primarily on commercial tenancy law and immigration law. Furthermore, Mr Altuntaş works in the area of enforcement / receivables management.
