History of our Law Office

At the beginning of 2009, SANAS Law Office came into being with the union of the Munich chambers SAS lawyers, the former partner of Demirci & Nal Law Office in Munich, Dr. Temel Nal, and the former independent lawyer Mr. Serdal Altuntas.

As we wanted our new name to represent all partners, we chose SANAS, as it is a combination of the first letter of each partner’s name.

Since 2005, the Turkish consulate general in Munich has been relying on the work of Dr. Temel Nal and since 2010 also on SANAS Law Office for legal assistance.

Cooperation

For legal matters outside our field of law, we can count on our extensive network of specialised law offices and colleagues.

Our regular collaboration with law offices in nearly all major Turkish cities enables us to also take on cross-border cases. You will find cooperation partners in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Kayseri, Samsun, Trabzon, Adana and Antalya.

Professional ethics do not allow us to name them personally here. However, we will be glad to provide information on request.

Our colleagues also provide competent and reliable representation before courts of law in the states in question.
